Final Production and Replacments

Hello adventurers!
I have received in some of the last few arcane anomalies that have needed some repairs/replacements, and am finalizing the polishing on the last of the outstanding orders. Because of the overwhelming time these take to make and the numerous failures in batch casting, these will be the last ones that I will produce of this particular style until I can find a way to reduce the loss. As such I've taken down all of the pre-order pages, and these will not be available again for the foreseeable future. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. This was a monumentous project that took a lot more time than I expected. But I've learned a lot along the way and am continuing to grow, and I appreciate the support and everything this community has done to come forward, and help bring these works of art to life.

Production and Commitment Update: Arcane Anomalies

Dear Arcane Anomalies Backers,
I would like to begin by expressing my heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering support and patience you have shown throughout this journey. Your trust means the world to me, and I genuinely appreciate every backer who has been a part of Arcane Anomalies.
Today, I'm reaching out to address a few important points:

Commitment to Outstanding Orders: First and foremost, I want to assure all backers that I remain steadfast in my commitment to fulfill every outstanding order. As of now, there are only about 25 such orders remaining, and I am doing everything in my power to deliver them as soon as possible.

Production Challenges: A significant factor in the challenges we faced in producing both the replacements and outstanding orders was the time constraints brought on by our commitment to attending 15 conventions and 2 ren faires. Additionally, managing 75 SKUs made batch jobs impossible. I acknowledge these difficulties and want to assure you that for future projects, I will be making necessary adjustments, including limiting options, to prevent such issues from arising again.

Team Expansion and Other Projects: I initially began Arcane Anomalies as an individual effort, and while the team at my company has since grown, I want to clarify that the other individuals in the company are not involved in this project. Arcane Anomalies remains my sole responsibility, and I am dedicated to ensuring its successful completion.

Sportsball Backerkit Project: I acknowledge my involvement in another Backerkit project named "Sportsball," a card game. I'd like to emphasize that this project did not affect the progress of Arcane Anomalies in any way. As I am not involved in paper manufacturing, there was no overlap in resources or focus.
I deeply regret any confusion or concern these situations may have caused and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. My primary goal has always been, and remains, to deliver a product that lives up to your expectations.

Missing Orders/Items + Replacements and Pre-Orders!

Hello Adventurers!
As promised here is an update: All orders have been sent out respectively. I know some are still MIA and a few at least have been sent back with the address labels (at least two) whom I will contact privately to let them know. At this point I have set up a designated email which is: [email protected] If you have any questions/comments/etc relating to the kickstarter, THAT is the email to use!
If your package has not been received, or you were missing items, or had an item that was defective PLEASE reach out via this email. I will be starting the production of the Pre-Orders in TWO weeks. Hopefully giving everyone enough time so that I can get the proper materials in, and make replacements. IF you are needing a replacement, please include a picture in your email.
I will respond to each one, letting you know it has been received and added to the list of replacements to be made. Thank you all for your time and patience.
Additionally: IF you have still not been sent tracking info, you can also use this email to get that!

Final bits, Pre-orders, and Package Issue solutions!

Hello Adventurers!
Finally recovered from Pax and got the majority of repacks done and sent out, there is a small pile, I'd say less than fifty here, which I'm devoting the rest of this weekend to getting done/out.
I have heard back from Easyship and this non-syncing tracking issue is not something they are sure of why is happening, and they have escalated it to higher up the IT chain, either way, you should be receiving a manual tracking email update but it MAY not be reflected in backer kit. If you have already received your dice and get a tracking number, do not worry, it's just the system back processing the tracking and I apologize for that.
If a package has indeed gone missing/missing sets etc. (I know at least 1 package was returned to me with just the address label in a USPS (We are so sorry but here's what's left) I will be setting up a separate email that, from this point forward we will use in all future kickstarters for kickstarters and issues so we do not have email loss etc.
I am starting on the compilation of skus for the pre-orders, and would like to at least wait until next thursday or so for all the current en route packages to get out so we are not ordering tons of extra materials that are not needed! At that time (Thursday) I'll post up the kickstarter email and that way we can get accurate counts of what's needed in terms of replacements/pre-orders/etc.
We do not have another convention for at least 2 months, so all of this time can be focused on the final bits of replacements/etc.
Additionally, thank all of you who stopped by our booth at Pax East. It was nice to see you face to face and I'm sincerely thankful of the kind words you had to say about our product.

Orders before Pax East!

Hello Adventurers!
All of the liquid core dice have been remade at this point! And orders are still going out. I will be trying to repack and ship out as many remaining orders before Pax East as possible when I leave tomorrow. I'll be back home on Monday. There were slight delays during this week, since arriving back from ECCC, the heat went out while I had been gone and then my basement flooded. I am still working with backer kit to solve the tracking issue, I see numerous people have commented about receiving their dice and I'm elated to hear that! After I have all of the parcels resent out, (I have switched to larger/thicker mailers) as some people reporting tearing etc.... I will post up a link/new email soley for missing items/defects/or any other issues, my personal email has been innundated and I think for ease of everyone having an email exclusively set up for this is the best option! If you WILL be at Pax East this weekend I'll be at booth #10078. If you are going and you have not received your dice yet, drop a message here and I will see if it's still in the pile, if it is I'll message you to let you know and you can come by to pick up your order!
