I arrived back this morning from ECCC and what a journey it was. Thank you all for your support and for stopping by! I will continue making the liquid cores and doing a batch shipment out on Monday. Thank you all for your patience and I will continue to let you know updates as they occur!

Hello Adventurers!
I've arrived safely on the West Coast, and we'll be doing Emerald City Comic Con this weekend. I'm planning on being back at the workshop on the 9th or the 10th provided I can get back just as fast as I got here! I should be finishing up the remaining liquid cores next week but when I get back and in between the cores curing I will be repackaging up parcel and sending them out so you should start to see movement not this but next weekend! If you are at Emerald City Comic con, please feel free to stop by and say hello at booth number 11041. And I promise I will not be making explosive dice in the future!

Liquid Cores Progress, Shipping, Conventions, and Timeline!

Hello Adventurers!
Wanted to give an update on the progress for everyone! I am still going through and sending out tracking information manually in between remaking the liquid cores. This week I was able to make about half of the liquid cores. There are about 200 or so packages that need to be gone through/replaced.
I am heading out today to drive from Connecticut to Seattle, WA for ECCC. I should be back at work on the 9th/10th. I would not stop the process had I not already paid and also offset my own costs for having to remake the liquid core sets again. I am setting more sets to cure before I leave today.
Most of what I will be doing in between sleeping and driving will be manually responding either to Kickstarter or email so if you have yet to get a tracking number from me, I apologize, I have to look up your order, then my shipper, and then send it to you via how you sent your message. It's just tedious and I am going as quickly as I can as spell slots allow!
I will also be repacking more orders today and reshipping them out.
I would like to note that while I am going to be selling my dice at ECCC, it is my policy that I NEVER sell Kickstarter dice in person until the kickstarter orders almost all (95-98% because of stragglers/undelivered packages etc) are fulfilled. There may be some prototype sets present for display and to direct people to the kickstarter/pre-orders. But I take the fact that you all decided to back my projects first very seriously and would never want to just give others the option to purchase the dice ahead of my kickstarter backers.
I will be attending Pax East at the end of March, and that gives several weeks of downtime to focus on finishing up this project where I do not have any more back-to-back conventions going on. My next update will be when I believe I've gotten to everyone who wants their tracking number and responded. But likely it seems at this point if your tracking number has not been recieved yet, it is because you are in the pile of remaining parcels. I will get as much done today as I can, and then hit the open road. Additionally, if you are going to be at ECCC please stop by and say hello!

Shipping Update!

Hello Adventurers!
I spent most of today running around and trying to ascertain where the disconnect was with the tracking updates. There is good news and there is bad news (but not unfixable!)
When the shipment was originally picked up, it was not unloaded the same night. The following day when they were processing the orders, many packages started leaking fluid. Turns out the liquid core dice had frozen and cracked, and when thawed, became liquid again. They stopped processing the orders and were supposed to reach out to me to figure out what to do, but whoever was supposed to just didn't. As they said they were waiting to hear back about this.
I now have the packages and have started going through them and checking for damage, etc, and so far it looks like there are less than half that didn't get updated/set out. If you don't have liquid cores, everything should be as easy as just printing a new label, putting them in a new envelope, and sending them out.
If you DID have liquid cores, I am going to be remaking them ASAP. As in have ordered the needed resin and balls before I wrote this tonight. I am currently going to Tennessee this evening for Conooga and will start Monday when I get back.
Additionally, for those whose orders have NOT Synced and emailed me, I am going to be going through them individually and sending you your tracking number tomorrow after I finish setting up my booth.

Tracking Syncing Errors Etc Update!

Hello Adventurers!
I have received many many emails about individuals not receiving tracking numbers. I know a lot of people have reported receiving their packages and others haven't. I had used a third-party service for this shipment, some packages are going through USPS, others UPS, and Ascendia primarily. I have asked them to check on their end what is going on. I could manually go through and copy and paste the tracking numbers, however if there is a glitch in their system that would easily solve this, that would be ideal. I apologize for not individually responding to each email as they have been flowing in, and I am as concerned as many of you are as well. I will update accordingly as soon as I have any additional information!
