After a very massive packing party, we have your orders packed up and shipped out! As always expect about possibly 3-5 business days for domestic and 2-3 weeks for international orders! The tracking numbers should be updated shortly through the shipping service we use! And will be reflected in backerkit! Hello Adventurers!
We have just about wrapped up packing orders and will be printing/putting on tracking labels Mon-Wed of Next week! I brought on some extra help so we can get this all out ASAP. Most Domestic packages will be received in 3-5 days. Anything over 1lb is shipped with 2-day priority mail! After we wrap up sending out packages, we will be working on those who purchased via backerkit after the Kickstarter. Thank you all for your immense time and patience and I'm glad to see even with the holiday and the change-up in production planning mid-project we didn't lose all that much time!

Addresses Locked/Locking and Production Insights!

Hello Adventurers!
And Happy New Year! Addresses have been locked, and we are going to begin the process of packaging orders and shipping them out! There is still some time to update your address in Backerkit, if for some reason you are having an issue with that, you may contact me at [email protected] so that we can get that done as soon as possible. Originally we had elected to go into waves, but with the momentum building and just making the almost two thousand sets (thank you ALL) I elected to have everything just pushed through all at once, rather than stopping, packing orders, shipping out, then starting up again. I do not believe it's viable at least right now to continue with Waves and definitely work better doing it all at once. We WILL still be shipping out in order of Waves for backers though, however, the timetables will have as little delay as possible. And from what we learned from our previous kickstarter fulfillment, All orders will be packaged, and THEN the labels printed on the day before/day of shipping so when you get your tracking number you should have an update within only the next day about it being passed of. We will be doing additional QC during packing just in case (you never know what you miss with all the hand finishing!) If there are any problems with your orders you can use the above email for now though I will be working on a solution to that in the future as well as we expand. Thank you again. And I hope you all appreciate the peek behind what goes into fulfillment in this small update!

Currently, I am about 80% finished with the Arcane Anomalies dice production. I am in the inking and polishing stages now which is the most time-intensive process. But everything still seems to be on track! I hope you and yours had a wonderful holiday, and thank you all for helping to support this endeavor!
